Final Sale Items

All products sold by Foraged Fungai are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued at our discretion in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong product

  • Your order arrived damaged in transit

  • Your order was lost during shipping and confirmed by the carrier

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Non-Refundable Situations
