Shipping Area
We currently ship within Canada only.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods.

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on orders over $95 CAD (before tax)

• Orders under $95 are charged shipping at checkout based on size, weight, and destination

Delivery Estimates (Canada)

• Atlantic Canada: 2–5 business days

• Ontario & Quebec: 3–7 business days

• Western Canada & Northern regions: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or remote locations.

Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available. Some smaller or letter-mail shipments may not include tracking.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery delays are outside of our control. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
